Update your payment card

Change the card your monthly payment comes from, or download a past invoice.

Your card details are held by Stripe, our payment provider, not by us. You change them on Stripe's secure billing page, which you reach with a link sent to your email.

  1. Open the billing page

    Go to gwdesignz.com/billing.

  2. Ask for a sign-in link

    Under Existing customer, select Email me a link. On the page that opens, enter the email address you paid with.

  3. Open the email from Stripe

    Check your inbox for an email from Stripe and select the link in it. You'll land on your billing page, showing your plan and past invoices.

  4. Add your new card

    Under Payment method, select Add payment method, enter the new card, and save. Make it the default if Stripe asks.

    Your next monthly payment comes from the new card. You should see it listed as the default payment method.

Download an invoice

On the same billing page, every past payment is listed under Invoice history. Select one to view it or download a PDF.
