Terms of Service

These terms cover the Launch Package: domain registration, hosting, email, and website design. Plain language, because you should be able to read them.

1. What you're buying

The Launch Package includes registration of one domain name, managed hosting for one website, one email mailbox at that domain, and the design and build of one custom webpage. There is a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Your domain is yours

We register your domain in your name, as the registrant of record. You own it. If you stop using our service, the domain goes with you and we will not withhold it, transfer-lock it beyond required registry periods, or condition its release on payment of anything other than amounts already owed.

Domain registration is governed by ICANN rules and the policies of the relevant registry. We are required to collect and provide accurate registrant contact details. Providing false information can result in your domain being suspended or cancelled by the registry, which is outside our control.

3. Availability isn't guaranteed until it's registered

Domain availability changes constantly. If the domain you selected becomes unavailable between checkout and registration, or if the registry rejects the registration for any reason, we will contact you to choose another name or refund your setup fee in full.

4. Payment, non-payment, and suspension

The monthly fee covers hosting, your mailbox, and domain renewal. If a payment fails, we retry it and notify you by email. Your website and email continue to work during a 14-day grace period.

After 14 days without successful payment, we may suspend your website and mailbox. Suspension is reversible and destroys nothing: your site files, email, and data are retained, and service is restored when payment succeeds. We do not interfere with your domain registration for non-payment.

If an account remains unpaid for 90 days, we may terminate the service and delete hosted data. We will email you before doing so. Your domain remains yours regardless.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future monthly charges. We do not pro-rate partial months. The setup fee is not refundable once your site has been built and delivered, except as described in section 3.

On request we will provide a copy of your website files. You paid for them.

6. What we need from you

Building your page requires information from you: your business details, services, contact information, and any images or text you want used. If we can't reach you, we can't finish the work, and the recurring fee still applies because the domain, hosting, and mailbox are running.

7. Content you provide

You are responsible for the content you give us and confirm you have the right to use it. Do not send us material you don't own the rights to. We may decline to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, or that would put our hosting accounts at risk.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send unsolicited bulk email, distribute malware, host phishing pages, or conduct illegal activity. We may suspend service immediately for these, without the grace period described in section 4.

9. Uptime and third parties

We rely on third-party providers for hosting, DNS, domain registration, email, and payments. We work to keep your site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for outages originating with those providers.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect or consequential damages.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
